HBA/Hirsch Bedner Associates is the world's leading Hospitality Interior Design firm, with a staff of over 1,000 designers in 15 offices worldwide and annual design fees of over $50.000.000 USD. While at HBA, Eric Egan was instrumental in opening the Milan Office and was the Project Director for the Grande Bretagne Hotel, Athens; Badrutt's Palace Hotel, St. Moritz; and the Grand Hyatt Istanbul projects. These successful projects maintain the designs implemented by HBA to this day.
Since leaving to start his own firm in 2003, Eric Egan has continued to consult with HBA, completing the Interior Design of the Castel Monastero Hotel in Tuscany in 2009.

Bruce Gregga was the leading Interior Designer in Chicago in the 1960's, '70's and 80's, creating grand, traditional interiors in the best buildings throughout the city; projects which were often published in Paige Rense's Architectural Digest magazine.
Training under Bruce Gregga directly was an incredible learning experience, as was working on such projects as Musha Cay in the Bahamas (now owned by magician David Copperfield) and Round Pond Vineyards in Napa Valley. Private residential projects included apartments at Chicago's Water Tower Place, the Four Seasons Chicago, 209 East Lake Shore Drive, 2450 Lakeview and the Four Seasons Hualalai Resort Hawaii.

Projects included the renovation of the Gucci Stores on Milan's Via Montenapoleone and Via Tornabuoni in Florence, as well as the Duty Free shops at Rome's Fiumicino Airport and locations throughout Asia.

Palm Beach has been a leading force in the landmarking of their historic homes, and their Landmarks Commission has successfully landmarked a number of the great homes on the island, designed by such noted architects as Addison Mizner, Maurice Fatio, Howard Major, Marion Sims Wyeth, and John Volk.
While preparing his Honor's Thesis for Brown University on the work of Palm Beach Architect Maurice Fatio, Eric Egan was hired by the Town of Palm Beach to prepare and write numerous Landmark Designation Reports for the Town of Palm Beach Landmarks Preservations Commission.
